Foie Gras Rougié to be honoured at the Château de Bel Ombre under the aegis of  of Michelin starred  Breton chef Maximin Hellio

Heritage Le Telfair is delighted to be hosting Maison Rougié, the foie gras producers as well as the very talented young Breton chef Hellio Maximin during an exceptional culinary week which runs from 28 January 2010 until 1 February 2010.

Residents of the Heritage Le Telfair will be treated to the delicate products expertly prepared by the young Breton chef Hellio Maximin, holder of a Michelin star and his assistant chef who have specially come to us from France for the occasion.

This event has been organized with the support of Champagne Gosset, a wine house known for their fine bubbles, and cognac house Frapin.

The event will take place in the magnificent Chateau de Bel Ombre over 5 days from 28 January 2010 and ends on 1 February 2010.
