The Chef's Table is located at the heart of Annabella's kitchen and offers our clients a unique experience: to enjoy a creative menu of dishes specially concocted by the Chef using freshly harvested produce from our local markets during the day, and served with wines specially chosen to go with the dishes.
The Chef's cooking course
Cooking lessons are also available for customers wishing to learn to cook Mauritian, Italian, French and even Japanese food. A multicultural experience in which participants share experiences and compose dishes together with one of our talented Chefs which are then served to them later for lunch with a glass of wine.
An infinite range of gourmet delights
To prolong their experience of culinary pleasures, guests of Heritage Le Telfair enjoy access to two other restaurants in our nearby hotel, the Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort.
In an entirely different atmosphere, which this time refers to the African origins of Mauritius, customers have the opportunity of dining at the 'Seven Colours Energy Kitchen', a unique culinary experience that involves all the senses or to have lunch or dinner at the 'Infinity Blue toes in the sand' restaurant which has a Mediterranean menu and seafood specialities.
